|Mat classes - Beginner to Improver, Improver to Intermediate and Mixed Ability
Experienced Pilates clients can benefit from revisiting the essential principles with some added challenge for those who want to work harder. These classes will end with stretching and a total relaxation of all those tight muscles which may be holding on to unwanted tension and restricting your movement.
For those new to the unique Pilates Reformer. This class is suitable for those with some matwork experience rather than beginners to Pilates. You will feel the feedback of the spring resistance and be able to connect with muscles and movements you may have never felt before. With only 4 clients per class you will receive a high level of attention.
For those with some Reformer experience to work on correct technique and progress working on any particular problem areas.
Full on body workout. For those with previous Pilates Reformer experience or high intermediate to advanced level matwork (check with Christine for suitability). With the spring resistance you will work harder, feel more challenged and increase your stamina like you have never felt before through the unique equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. With only 4 clients per class you will receive a high level of attention from your instructor.
Find out more about your posture and have personal advice in this 30 minute assessment. You will have photos taken in the assessment which will only be visible to you and your instructor via your Pilates Medical page. This will really help you to work on your specific problem areas in a more personal way.

|Nordic Walking Taster Sessions
Learn the Nordic Walking technique in some fun introductory sessions (max 8 people). Poles will be provided. See our Nordic Walking in Wiltshire page for more details. Once you've had an introductory session you can join a group walk to practise what you've learnt and perhaps reward your hard work with a pub lunch at the end of the walk.
