Based on recent government guidelines we will not be holding classes at New Body Barn after this Friday 20th March until further notice.

From next week you will be able to access livestream and video and classes we will be making until the end of term and after and we will also offer some small group Nordic Walking/Pilates sessions outdoors with plenty of space between us and lots of healthy spring air!

It's really important to keep active and moving well over this difficult period so I hope you will partake in the videos and/or outdoor sessions
