Summer Single Classes

roller class PILATES MATWORK CLASSES 

We request clients continue to follow social distancing measures when attending classes and bring your own mat and any equipment.

If you prefer not to attend classes at the studio due to self -isolating you can use our class swap system to change class or join via Zoom.

GROUP PILATES REFORMER CLASSES -            

Maximum of 4 people per class.  For clients with previous Pilates experience.  

All classes are for a course but single booking classes are available for a slightly higher fee if needed.  

It may be possible to join after a course starts if space is available.

Payment in advance is required for all classes to reserve a place. To book you must first register your details and then you will receive a personal login. If you have not previously registered please contact us.

If you have enroled but can't make a class you may be able to swap to an alternative during the course you have paid for using our class swap system. There are no refunds for classes missed.

Unless otherwise stated group matwork classes are not suitable for injury rehabilitation. Please check with your medical practitioner that you are in good health to join a Pilates class. Individual sessions may be more suitable for your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
