Belinda Cole imageBelinda trained with Body Control Pilates in 2008 having enjoyed and benefitted from Pilates for many years.

She loves the way that Pilates stretches, strengthens and balances the body and also how with the right instruction the benefits can be enjoyed by all age groups and abilities.

Her clients find that her understanding and friendly teaching style really helps them to enjoy her lessons and in return Belinda gains great satisfaction from helping to guide them to become bodily and posturally aware.

Belinda enjoys attending workshops and training courses to expand and further her knowledge.
